About - Da Nicola Italian Restaurant, Bar, and Catering Located in Hewlett, NY

Owner Da Nicola Scarella is a self taught chef who has been serving the 5 towns community since he was 14 years old. Over the years he has honed his skills, and become a master of his craft.

Co Owner Robert DiSanto has spent some of his childhood living in Italy working in his family's restaurant. This is where the restaurant world first grabbed his interest, and since then he wanted to be in that world.

Together they strive to create a restaurant where family and friends can enjoy great food, great times, in a great atmosphere. - Buon Apetito
