Da Nicola opened its doors in November 2010, but the story goes back much further. Nicola Scarella, our owner and self-taught chef, has been part of the 5 Towns community since he was 14 years old. Starting as a young cook, he spent decades honing his craft and learning how to create dishes that bring people together.
